The Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group has a Geissele Stressproof Bolt. It is a forged Stressproof Bolt, which is made of Carpenter 158+, a proprietary alloy designed to have a cleaner chemical composition, or fewer impurities, than other alloys. It is a stronger, more fatigue-resistant bolt, designed to last five times longer than a standard mil-spec bolt.
Each bolt is subjected to rigorous quality control standards, including high-pressure testing (HPT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and is finished in a durable Nanoweapon coating.
