Pre-Orders / Back Orders
Pre-ordering / back ordering allows you to lock in your order and secures your delivery out of the next available lot of available inventory. With an increased level of sales to military units and law enforcement agencies, we are doing our best to keep key products in stock.
- Your credit card will be charged when you place the order
- Back order items could take up to 90 days to be made and shipped
- We will send a tracking number to your email address when your order ships
- We may send your order in multiple shipments if it is available. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
Shipping Options
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
All orders over $75 before shipping charges will receive free Economy Shipping. Simply select the $0.00 option at checkout to receive free shipping.
Standard Shipping Options
Almost all orders will ship via USPS and be delivered between 2 and 7 days. Please note the shipping time is addition to build / pick / pack times so please allow for extra time especially in custom built products like a Custom Vickers Sling.

PO Boxes and APOs
PO Boxes and APO orders may be sent through USPS. Some APO orders may experience a significant delay depending on the location and mail services available. Please understand this is beyond our control but we will do whatever we can to help mitigate this.
Canada Shipments
BFG Store ships individual orders made on BFGStore.com to Canada. We will send the order as usual via UPS or USPS to Canada where it may convert to another carrier such as Canada Post. Please note in order to offer Canadian shipping, we provid the shipping cost only. Any additional taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer / recipient. When and how much these fees are depends on the order value, location, and other factors beyond our control.
Tracking information may or may not be available for Canada shipments.
Delivery times will vary depending on location and final carrier.
Commercial Orders / Military / Government Orders
Shipping details for large quantity commercial or government orders will be coordinated prior to shipping. Please refer to your agreement and email [email protected] with any additional questions.
International Orders
BFGStore.com currently does not ship retail web orders to international addresses. To order BFG Store in your home country, please see a list of our international dealers and contact your preferred dealer. The use of any freight forwarding service is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and / or shipping agent. Blue Force Gear takes compliance to regulations and laws seriously - we will not ship any ITAR items to those prohibited or suspected of being unable to take possession of such items.
Return Policy For Certain Product Categories
Scope of Policy
This Return Policy applies exclusively to the following product categories:
· IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits) with Medical Fill
· ISH Harness
· CUSTOM SLINGS
Medical Supplies – No Returns
Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, all medical supplies, medical components, and medical products (including, but not limited to, any medical items contained within an IFAK or sold separately) are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where prohibited by applicable law or where the item was shipped in error by Blue Force Gear, Inc.
For clarity, once medical supplies leave Blue Force Gear’s control, they cannot be restocked, resold, or redistributed, and therefore are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Eligibility
Blue Force Gear, Inc. will accept returns for the above-listed product categories only in the following circumstances:
· The product was received in an incorrect size, color, or part number; or
· The product exhibits a manufacturer’s defect.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Due to the nature and use of these products, returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
· The return is initiated more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the customer’s receipt of the product;
· The product has been removed from the manufacturer’s original packaging;
· The product has been used, altered, or installed in any way; or
· The product is missing any components, (including, but not limited to, accessories, mounting hardware, or the instruction manual).
Any items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-authorized by Blue Force Gear, Inc. Customers must contact Customer Service within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product to request a return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Condition and Inspection
All returned products must be received by Blue Force Gear, Inc. in original condition, including all original packaging and components. Upon inspection and verification that the return meets the requirements of this policy, Blue Force Gear will issue, at its sole discretion, a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Additional Terms
Blue Force Gear, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. This policy does not limit any rights that may be available to the customer under applicable law.
