The Boo Boo Pouch was designed to carry non-trauma kit first aid items such as bandages or lip balm. It can also hold any number of non-medical items such as 30 rounds of 5.56mm on stripper clips, handcuffs, cleaning kit, batteries, wad of cash or a can of dip. Only takes up a 2x2 section of MOLLE. A small price to pay for that much awesomeness.
